Mental health is a valuable resource but very little is said about it. Certainly less than physical health. Why? One of the main reasons is the stigma: a widespread belief that, in this case, leads us to believe that for example after a depressive or psychotic episode there is no possibility of complete recovery, that is, the person will remain forever affected by that pathology. It is as wrong as it is wrong to think that if we get a cold we will never heal completely (but we know this well). The first step to combating a stigma is to inform and create culture on the subject.
